The St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Program provides two primary pathways to citizenship. Applicants can secure citizenship and a passport either through a contribution or by investing in government-approved real estate projects. The program requires a minimum contribution of $250,000 to the Sustainable Island State Contribution (SISC) or a minimum real estate investment of $325,000. Additional costs, including government application fees, agency charges, and due diligence fees, also apply.
